We are looking for a dedicated and customer focused Workshop Controller to help lead our team.North Harbour Ford's Service Department is the largest Ford dedicated workshop in New Zealand and a flagship store for the brand. No two days are the same in this fast paced, customer focused environment.We pride ourselves on an outstanding team culture, which has been instrumental in North Harbour Ford winning the Ford President's award for three consecutive years!As the first Service Department in New Zealand to be accredited in the Ford Guest Experience program, we expect a high attention to detail and guest focused mindset.This is a critical middle management role where you will be required to control the flow of work through the shop as well as lead and inspire the workshop team. This role will work closely with the Service Advisors to ensure consistent, top levels of customer service.The successful applicant will be able to display the following attributes:Previous experience as a Workshop Controller and/or Senior TechnicianMechanical Trade QualificationWOF Certification preferredFull clean NZ drivers licenceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCalm under pressure and enjoys a challengeOrganised, efficient and methodical with an aptitude for identifying opportunities for improving performanceSound computer literacyFord brand experience would be an advantageWe offer the chance to join a company that offers continuous professional development and a supportive work environment.
