Our specialised workshop in Withcott is buzzing with work, and we are looking to expand our growing team. This is a permanent opportunity where you'll report to the Workshop Manager and play a key role in manufacturing and maintaining Drilling and Well Servicing equipment as well as supporting the broader Ventia business.    What You'll Do: Maintain and Repair: Inspect, service, and repair equipment to ensure top performance Fabrication and Welding: Use your trade skills for fabrication and remedial welding Compliance and Quality: Perform fabrication repairs in line with legislative and manufacturer requirements Documentation: Complete daily reports, timesheets, repair requests and non-conformance reports   Why Choose Ventia?
