Works Coordinator

We are an established and reputable local company who are part of the Feisst Group Team, providing exciting growth and career opportunities. This will be a Part Time role 24 hours per week/ 3 Full Days in office and can be a permanent role at a later stage. The opportunity: NPE-Tech is currently enjoying a range of integration activities and IT changes, while keeping both eyes on business as usual. We're looking for proactive, solution based and adaptable staff while we modernise our systems and processes and into the future. This will be a varied role within a fast-paced office environment, supporting our Electrical installation and Services Team. Some key tasks include: Be a first point of contact for customer enquiries Scheduling Service team invoicing Procurement General administration Provide back up support for other team members What we're looking for: Broad administration experience with a history of strong customer focus Great energy, a multi-tasker with strong self-organizational and prioritizing skills With a continuous improvement focus you will be comfortable in a role where no two days are the same Excellent communication skills – both written and oral High level of accuracy Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously Previous experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.
