Their vision is to live in a world where real conversations are the default way to communicate.They run heart-centered, proprietary programs for workplaces offer training, peer support and online resources to help people experiencing emotional pain cope, survive and thrive.An opportunity exists for a Workplace Success Manager to join their team.OverviewThe role exists to drive commercial outcomes by connecting our products to workplaces within Australia and abroad. There are three areas of responsibilities:Business Development•Originate and develop relationships with potential workplace clients to expand HOMS network•Identify new partnership opportunities and channels to market•Coordinate leads from broader HOMS network and review channel strategy•Generate engagement with a key prospect list to increase sales revenue•Provide insights to improve HOMS programs and drive adoption.Relationship Management•Foster and cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction•Drive repeat business•Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the client's ecosystem to deliver exceptional service.Sales Operations•E2e accountability for distribution pipeline and workplace sales processes, including CRM maintenance.•Integrating automation where appropriate to deliver sustainable outcomes.•Forecasting and budgeting for revenue & activity targets.Ideal Candidate Experience:•Minimum three years of domestic B2B sales, business development and relationship management experience.•Proven track record of delivering sales outcomes within workplaces•Proficiency with CRM tools and sales workflowsAbout You:•Passionate about building psychologically safe workplaces•Instinctive in finding solutions for businesses' challenges•Committed to mental health•Authenticity - We have hard conversations when required, and bring our real self to everything we do•Impact - We empower ourselves and our clients to make meaningful change•Compassion - We show up with curiosity as the default mindset at all times and operate under the assumption that each person is doing their bestWhy work with HOMS•You will be promoting market-leading mental health programs that are being utilised globally with exceptional results.
