We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Communications Advisor with 5+ years' experience to join us in Auckland and be part of our superb Workplace Experience Team!

The Workplace Experience Advisor is responsible for an array of exciting and autonomous tasks, including: Contributing to internal communications across the organisation that fuel engagement, connectivity and culture, positively impacting all employees.
Developing material using a variety of tactics (written, presentations, online/hybrid meetings, visual material in offices, etc.)
Assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of internal events as needed and appropriate.
Contributing to content for our intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.
Using data to analyse and improve effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures.
Assisting in producing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and other programs and initiatives in support of our goals and culture.
Collaborating with appropriate personnel to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and to explore/recommend new channels or technologies where possible.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years' experience in a range of roles demonstrating effective communication with diverse audiences, including STEMM professionals.
Organisation and collaboration skills with the ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the organisation.
Proficiency with digital communications tools, and motivation to incorporate new technologies into work.
Motivation to explore and investigate technologies to utilise and incorporate into work.
Competence with visual communication, including basic graphic design skills.
Appreciation and willingness to learn about te reo and te Ao Maori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi Principles, and First Nations people and perspectives.
