Working Site Supervisor/Site Manager

This mid-size main contractor has experienced good growth with smart Directors at the helm targeting jobs in the $5M - $30M range with successful wins and/or impressed clients offering repeat work.They are now looking to take on a Site Supervisor that will be working on $5M - $10M jobs. The role will be a mix of supervision of trades plus at times being on the tools, with an objective of managing internal carpentry trade teams.Typically, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities including safety and the supervision of suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors to meet time and quality agreements.You will have a carpentry trade qualification and at least 5 - 7 years site experience across commercial projects. You are a great communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the team.
