Working Foremen & Qualified Carpenters

We're looking for a Foreman and Qualified Carpenters with an eye for detail and the ability to produce quality work efficiently.
WORKING FOREMAN - role involves: honesty & reliability managing onsite operations including Health & Safety knowledge of Building Code and regulations supervising and coordinating your building team, sub-contractors and suppliers confidence in reading and interpreting plans and specifications ensuring adherence to project specifications, cost & time reporting progress liaising regularly with clients and architects supportive leadership style, guiding your team and others onsite while taking ownership of your results working closely with the Construction Manager to ensure that your project is run as efficiently as possible. Ideally you'll be a competent senior LBP carpenter with at least 5 years as a qualified carpenter in NZ or a returning New Zealander with comparable overseas experience.
