Working Foremen & Qualified Carpenters

We're looking for a Foreman and Qualified Carpenters with an eye for detail and the ability to produce quality work efficiently.WORKING FOREMAN - role involves:honesty & reliabilitymanaging onsite operations including Health & Safetyknowledge of Building Code and regulationssupervising and coordinating your building team, sub-contractors and suppliersconfidence in reading and interpreting plans and specificationsensuring adherence to project specifications, cost & timereporting progressliaising regularly with clients and architectssupportive leadership style, guiding your team and others onsite while taking ownership of your resultsworking closely with the Construction Manager to ensure that your project is run as efficiently as possible.Ideally you'll be a competent senior LBP carpenter with at least 5 years as a qualified carpenter in NZ or a returning New Zealander with comparable overseas experience.QUALIFIED CARPENTER - role involves:honesty & reliabilitybe trade qualified for at least 2 yearshave full set of tools, current driver's license and own a reliable vehicleAt Scotty's, we take pride in the quality of work we deliver to our clients and owe our success to our open and transparent communications with clients and designers, our ability to produce work to the highest standard and our ability to provide innovative solutions as required.We are a multi-award winning company based in Wellington and the Wairarapa.
