Key remit is to design, implement and manage programs that enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of the technology workforce.This can be a contract for 6-8 months or a permanent role.Key Responsibilities:Skill gap identificationDevelop & implement a comprehensive capability development strategyContinuous improvement initiativesWork closely with Practice Leads to understand specific development needsPerformance measurement - monitor and evaluate program effectivenessResource managementBudget management for capability development programsSkills and Experience:Proven experience in technology workforce developmentExperience or familiarization with SIFA well regardedExcellent project management skillsMultitaskingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThis is a great opportunity to use your strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
