Workforce Skills And Capability Lead

Opportunity: Develop a comprehensive view of skills across the technology department and align these to the Technology Strategy. The key remit is to design, implement, and manage programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the technology workforce.
This can be a contract for 6-8 months or a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:Skill gap identificationDevelop & implement a comprehensive capability development strategyContinuous improvement initiativesWork closely with Practice Leads to understand specific development needsPerformance measurement - monitor and evaluate program effectivenessResource managementBudget management for capability development programsSkills and Experience:Proven experience in technology workforce developmentExperience or familiarization with SIFA is well regardedExcellent project management skillsMultitaskingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThis is a great opportunity to use your strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
