We are looking for motivated, reliable and professional individuals looking to join our team of 15,000 and our Workforce Management (WFM) Team in the role of Workforce Coordinator.

Workforce Management (WFM) is a critical enabler in the delivery of services, or in an organisation like NZ Police, deployment of our most important resource – our people. The WFM Coordinators are responsible for information gathering, responding to queries, updating rosters, planning for abstractions, entering data, making system changes and communicating with different members of police. Full training will be provided and no WFM experience is necessary – a good mindset, awesome coordination skills, great communication, and a desire to learn are key!

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) to develop reports and documents.

Excellent time management, communication skills and teamwork.

Adaptable to change and re-prioritisation of tasks.
