Workday Consultant

12-months contractImmediate startAuckland or remote from NZ  Green Light Worldwide are currently seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our New Zealand consulting team. You will need to have implementation experience in any of the following areas: Data Conversion, Integrations, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking and Recruitment.   You must also have relevant Workday certifications. Requirements: Experience in gathering business requirements, preparing business process design and mapping business processesConfiguration of industry standards for Workday HCM SolutionDesign and implementation experience in WorkdayRelevant prior HCM consulting experienceSuccessfully completed at least 1-2 end-to-end HCM implementation projectsExisting and current Workday HCM Core Certification preferredImplementing Workday HCM with a certified Workday implementation partner  This position is suited for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence in your ability to hit the ground running quickly.   Green Light Worldwide is one of ANZ's most successful and fastest growing IT services businesses.
