The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing learners in real work environments, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen field. This role requires a passion for education, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing quality support to learners.Role purposeThe role entails providing learner-centred support and assessment in an innovative, motivational, and quality-driven manner, fostering a positive learning experience for trainees.
