We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our PGG Wrightson Wool team, based in Napier. This full time, fixed term role is from August 2024-August 2025.
This is a critical role that ensures we carefully process wool transactions and maintain our data integrity to track all wool bales through our warehouse facility.
Duties and experience: Accuracy and attention to detail is very important in this role. The duties within this role are:
Data entry to process our products and invoice customers correctly. Communicate regularly to the Procurement, Management, Export and Sales teams. Responsible for processing wool sales, customer enquiries, maintaining quality assurance programs, reconciling invoices. Assist with all aspects of sales and general administration support. Skills and experience: Proficient in MS and proven experience learning new computer systems Computer data entry skills Previous administration experience (1 - 2 years) Able to achieve high levels of accuracy and has attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Relevant experience in sheep and wool industry is desirable but not essential Ability to prioritise work in a high-pressure environment Enjoys problem solving About the company: For over 160 years PGG Wrightson (PGW) have worked alongside New Zealand farmers to service their on-farm needs, supporting our common goal of helping grow the country.
This fixed term role is within the PGG Wrightson's wool business unit. NZ's largest wool broker and has a proud history of assisting growers in maintaining and improving the quality of flocks. This is achieved through managing them year-round for optimum wool production, and in preparing harvested fleece for the discerning eyes of buyers and processors.
