Due to continued growth and increased funding, we're looking for a Women's Programme Facilitator to join our team.
As Women's Programme Facilitator, you will:
Co-facilitate group programmesUndertake assessments and reviewsProvide individual and whanau support as requiredYou'll take a holistic approach to the role, and understand that at its core, it's about relationships.
This will be your standout quality/skill.
We'd love it if you had a social worker qualification, and ideally registration with a professional body.
At a minimum, you will need qualifications in some kind of human service (counselling).
You're supporting vulnerable people, so you need to know what you're doing!
We're a small but mighty team of 18, and we're diverse in more ways than one.
We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our team and are committed to social work pay equity bands.

This role is permanent full-time, 37.5 hours p/w, Monday-Friday.
Hours are 9 am – 5 pm, with afterhours sessions on an as-needed basis.
