The Role: Sales Consultant for 'off the plan' multi-dwelling properties This full-time position is based in Tauranga, Sales Consultants can sell any of the properties throughout NZ.
Some of the core duties include: Taking a consultative approach with each customer to understand their specific property needs.
Understanding each customer's motivational drivers for wanting to invest in a property.
Collaborating with customers throughout the consultative sales process to help them make a decision that fits their requirements.
Ensuring the best customer journey experience from the first moment of communication.
About You You want a role where you have significant earning potential.
You are a successful sales professional with 2+ years of property sales experience.
You have a burning desire and unwavering commitment to succeed in sales.
You are willing to meet with customers outside of work hours and believe this is critical to your success.
You take full responsibility for any lack of results.
