We are seeking the services of a professional to assist our team to ensure our whanau feel safe and supported and to make a change in the lives of not only whanau today but future generations.
Specifics of the role Engaging with Victims (Kaimamae) and their wider Whanau to assess risk, identify protective factors, complete safety planning, advise on police processes, offer supports & arrange On-Referrals for specialised support.Building relationships with other Government and Non-Government Agencies working in the Family Harm space.Instituting/participating in, and/or facilitating Professionals Consult.Providing support for the Police Family Harm Team, as required.Key Accountabilities: Engaging with diverse Individuals – Ages, Cultures, Ethnicity and Gender.Problem Solving.Maintain accurate Records.Positive Engagement with other Teams (Internal & External).He aha taau e kawe mai | What you'll bring Whilst we are looking for skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role, we also place high importance on your state of mind, the alignment of your values with ours, your ability to contribute to and build high performing teams, and the way that you lead yourself or others.

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $80,295 and $83,973 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
