The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the retail store.
Drive sales, profit and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company.
Provide inspirational leadership, training, and developing team capability.
Lead with a focus on strong people management.
Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team understands the performance of the store.
Manage effective control of costs.
Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.
About You
Proven experience in managing a high sales turnover retail fashion store.
A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach.
Experience managing the performance, training, and development of a large team.
Skills associated with driving productivity with team members.
Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
