Winter 2025 - Sous Chef

We're in search of dedicated, amiable, and skilled team players with a strong work ethic to join our bustling food and beverage department across multiple outlets for Winter 2025. Our winter season runs from June to October, so this position will start in June at the earliest. As a senior member of our team, you'll be responsible for cooking to order from our menu, participating in daily operations, and assisting with food preparation for upcoming shifts. Stock control and menu suggestions will also be part of your daily tasks. Ideal candidates will possess A La Carte chef experience, relevant qualifications, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Exceptional organisation and time management skills are a must to ensure the seamless operation of our fast-paced outlets. Maintaining a tidy appearance and adhering to food hygiene standards are crucial. We're looking for someone who has: At least 3 years' experience in a Chef position (mountain kitchen operations experience advantageous) Industry recognised qualifications (preferred) Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment Strong leadership skills What do you get out of this?
