The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving, relationship building and working in a close-knit team to help facilitate our instructors having the best experience possible.Operating across two mountains, our vibrant teaching school attracts instructors from around the globe, all driven by a passion for teaching and a dedication to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. The bulk of our lessons cater to children and beginner adults, and so we're seeking leaders who are passionate about helping create amazing experiences, even for our smallest guests. We are looking for supervisors who are motivated to support others achieve their goals and help develop along their chosen pathway.
