JOIN THE CARDRONA TEAM FOR WINTER 2025!
We're looking for seasoned hospitality leaders to join our team for Winter 2025. Our winter season runs from June to October, so this position will start in June at the earliest.
As an Outlet Manager, it will be your role to oversee the day-to-day operations at designated outlets for the 2025 Winter Season. Collaborating closely with the F&B Experience Manager, Head Chef, and Front of House Supervisor, you'll ensure smooth operations, optimal stock levels, and a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
In this role, you'll train, manage, and schedule staff to uphold high service standards while supporting the purchasing team with stock control to meet budget goals. You'll identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, motivate the team to excel, and handle guest concerns with professionalism. Maintaining compliance with service standards and the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 will be key to your success.
As part of our busy mountain environment, you may need to lend a helping hand in other areas to ensure the best experience for our guests.
We're looking for someone who has:

A current Managers Certificate
3 years' experience in a team leader role
Intermediate ski/snowboard ability (preferred)
