Window & Door Industrial Draftperson

We are looking for two full-time Window & Door Industrial Draftpersons to join the team in Wellington.
Ideal candidate must have the followings: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience or a level 5 (or above) relevant qualification in design or architecture.
Ability to work under pressure on a busy construction site.
Strong commitment to safe work practices.
Be hard-working, reliable, and motivated.
Able to work on weekends and work overtime.
Flexible to meet the early morning and late night shifts.
Physically fit in any conditions - hot, cold, dusty, indoors or outdoors.
Long-term, full-time commitments needed.
Able to pass a police check.
Job responsibilities: Define the objectives and constraints of the design brief through consultations with the client.
Develop and maintain records such as design drawings, processing procedures, formulas, specifications, and manuals based on interior design requirements.
Provide detailed descriptions and documentation of the selected construction designs.
Select, specify, and recommend appropriate products and materials.
Assist in testing window and door systems.
Develop and propose suggestions for improving operational procedures and design solutions.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
