And with our Peak Save programme, we're actively rewarding better energy use too.About your role:We need White Goods engineers to join our team of experienced Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it.
You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise of same day fix for our customers.Base Salary is £37,104 with uncapped OTE - £41,000 is a realistic expectation through our fantastic field reward scheme.Being there for our customers is our priority.
You will be attending customers' homes to repair and maintain an array of white goods and appliances.
You will have plenty of support from our managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues, but some of the jobs can be challenging and you will need a minimum of 2 years on the job experience to tackle most jobs.Here's what we're looking for:Extensive, evidenced experience in the repair and/or maintenance of a wide range of white goods including dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers and microwaves.In addition to your technical expertise, your customer service skills and ability to solve problems will enable you to diagnose defects, work safely to ensure a first-time fix for your customer.Why should you apply?We're not a perfect place – but we're a people place.
