The Whare Pastoral Leader responsibilities will run for a three-year fixed term, are renewable, and come with 2MU and 1MMA allowances.Successful applicants will be innovative leaders, excited to deliver a future-focused and integrated education that provides equitable learning outcomes.
You will be pedagogically progressive, form effective professional relationships, and be keen to contribute to the all-round education of our students.Whare Pastoral Leaders support our senior students (Y11-15) with their social and emotional needs through pastoral care, curriculum implementation, and an integrated Social and Emotional Curriculum.Successful applicants will provide professional leadership to staff and be committed to developing strong connections with students and whanau.Please list supporting subjects.
Strengths in physical education, math, or science are desirable.Teaching staff who are appointed to Te Paepae o Aotea are entitled to the High Priority Teacher Supply Allowance.
