We are excited to announce a further opportunity to join our middle leadership team as a Whanau Leader (Dean), following an internal promotion to Senior Leadership.
We are seeking a passionate and proactive leader to oversee the pastoral care of students within one of our six Whanau (Houses). We invite applications from current or aspiring leaders who are committed to creating a supportive 'home away from home' that prioritises student wellbeing and fosters a strong sense of belonging. Please state your subject area.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, provide student-focused support to enhance educational outcomes, and have proven experience in pastoral care or leadership of key initiatives within a school.
