As part of the EMHR team, you'll triage mental health calls using the UK Triage tool, dispense advice, and coordinate with crisis teams, Police, and Ambulance services—all from the safety & comfort of your own home. With at least three years' experience in acute mental health settings like crisis teams, liaison psychiatry, or community mental health, you're ready to make a difference. You've got primary nurse experience in in-patient settings and are a whiz at mental health triage, risk assessments, and crafting clear, collaborative risk management plans.You're a master at building rapport and delivering a recovery-oriented, person-centred approach. With excellent clinical judgement, you navigate suicide and risk assessments like a pro. Your IT and telecommunication skills are top-notch, and you can juggle multiple health applications with ease.You know the health sector inside out and can make referrals to DHB, NGO, and Primary Care services seamlessly. Plus, you've got a high degree of cultural awareness and empathy, with bonus points if you can korero Maori or talanoa in Pasifika languages.
