Baby Bunting, Australia's largest baby goods retailer, is a purpose-driven organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth in New Zealand—and we want you to be a part of it as our newest Store Manager.
Initially, you'll be based at our Sylvia Park store, where you'll immerse yourself in the Baby Bunting experience before taking the reins permanently at our exciting new development in Westgate. As Store Manager, you'll work closely with your team to connect with and understand the unique needs of new and expectant parents while providing exceptional customer service in a store with a one-of-a-kind range, facilities, and design.
In this role, you'll work alongside the National Sales & Operations Manager and Store Support team to:
Maintain our high standards of customer service by engaging with customers on the sales floor, demonstrating products, and driving sales.Lead and develop the store team by recruiting new team members, providing training and growth opportunities, and offering performance feedback.Ensure store excellence by maintaining a welcoming, well-organised store environment.Drive commercial success by achieving sales targets, managing stock, and ensuring store standards and processes are upheld.Champion a safety-first culture for both staff and customers, exceeding OH&S standards.What you'll bring to the role:
2–3 years of retail management experience, ideally in a larger-format retailer.Strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage, inspire, and guide your team.The ability to connect with customers and guide them through our range of products and brands.A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.A natural empathy and passion for helping your team grow and succeed.A commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth.Why join us?
