This should result in a proactive business development approach allowing you to optimize sales in your territory.As the Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast USA, your key responsibilities will include:Spearheading sales development efforts in the region.Fostering enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs.Effectively managing sales projects from lead generation to Purchase Order registration and, if needed, follow-up until on-site delivery.Maintaining a proactive approach to customer engagement.Conducting equipment demonstrations.Actively participating in exhibitions and marketing events to promote our products.Identifying opportunities for new equipment development.Preparing business cases to support proposals and ensuring operational viability.Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and Director of Sales at our headquarters in the USA.Maintaining sales databases, producing meeting reports, and offering support on specific ad-hoc projects such as tenders.Preparing sales budgets and actively participating in sales meetings to contribute to strategic planning and execution.Your primary customer profile will include Original Equipment Manufacturers, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul facilities, Airlines, and Operators.We're in search of a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in the aviation sector, ideally with technical proficiency in test equipment, particularly in avionics and electrical systems. Fluent English is a must, and proficiency in Spanish would be advantageous. The role entails both domestic and international travel and requires advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
