Looking for Casual Wellness Partners to Join our Team - Immediate Start!
About the Role
You will have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and a smile. Our Wellness Partners assist with the personal care needs of residents, mobility, and communication.
You will also help with and encourage participation in activities and programs. Observing, accurately documenting, and communicating health conditions and resident welfare is important. Participation in ongoing training is expected.
Our ideal candidate must have
Experience interacting with elderly people
A passion for doing meaningful work which has a real impact on people's lives
A commitment to performing to a high standard with diligence and care
The ability to work within a team where we respect our residents and each other
Honesty and integrity
High energy, physical fitness, and enthusiasm
Good customer service, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Able to work rostered shifts including weekends and nights
Qualifications and Experience
Level 0 to Level 4
