The Job
Our client is looking for a welder for a 1-month short-term assignment to join their business in Feb 2025. Your duties will vary but predominantly be doing stick and MIG welding. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, reliable, and can be both individually capable or a team player. This role is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with on-site work and product delivery from time to time. The position is temporary to permanent for the right candidate and an IMMEDIATE START.
The successful candidate MUST have:
Industrial experience
2-3 years minimum experience in welding
Heavy and light welding experiences are welcomed
Ability to work long hours
Knowledge of using basic hand tools
To pass a pre-employment drug test
To pass Ministry of Justice checks
Own reliable transport with a current driver's license
Good work ethics
A positive 'Can do attitude'
