Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on mild steel components, ensuring accuracy and strength in every weld.Follow safety guidelines and quality standards to produce top-tier work.Operate and maintain welding equipment and machinery efficiently.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec.Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues to maintain production flow.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a MIG welder, particularly with mild steel fabrication.Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and tools.Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of welding safety practices.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.Able to pass a preemployment drug test.Compensation:$30 per hour.40 hours per week.
