Tradetsaff Waikatois seeking a confident and skilled Welder Fabricator to join one of our reputable engineering clients in Matamata.

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate and weld components.Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, ensuring high-quality welds and precise fabrications.Operate fabrication machinery and tools, including lathes, grinders, and cutting equipment, to manufacture parts to specification.Assemble, fit, and weld metal components for both small and large-scale projects.Ensure all work meets industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance.Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, with strong expertise in MIG and TIG welding.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.Experience in working with various metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.Strong knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication processes, and materials.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.A valid driver's license and reliable transport is preferred.What We Offer: Competitive pay rates based on experience.The opportunity to work with a well-established engineering company in Matamata.A friendly and supportive team environment.Career development opportunities and further training options.If you're an experienced Welder Fabricator looking for a new opportunity in Matamata, apply now!
