Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team at Philip Morris International. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Energetic and dedicated personality traits
- Strong planning and adaptability skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent
