Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team at Viacom. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
