Job Description:

United States Steel is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant, working remotely from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat- Assist customers with product information, orders, and technical issues- Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Resourceful and adaptable to changing situations- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively

Additional Requirements:- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home- Comfortable using technology and learning new software programs- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be available to work flexible hours as needed
