We are a forward looking firm with a strategy of leveraging off technology to provide the best service and outcomes for our clients. The Role Your core role will be to assist with account opening and prepare Registry documentation relating to client share holdings. You will work closely with our Financial Advisers, local Lawyers, and Accountants to ensure timely and accurate processing of client documentation pertaining mostly to Trusts & Estates. About You Familiarity with legal documentation and AML processes – Trust Deeds, Change of Trustees, Probate. Strong customer service focus with ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. Reliability, with a track record in meeting targets and deadlines. Strong skills in IT/computing, Microsoft office and familiar with DocuSign. Friendly, approachable, and willing to take ownership of the role. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' work experience in office administration / client paperwork. Previous experience working in Accounting, Legal or Property administration would be advantageous. Friendly work environment, with great team members.
