Engaging with both customers and stakeholders to ensure appropriate information is provided and understood on the delivery of Water Services in Selwyn.This full-time position is based at Council's headquarters in Rolleston.
You will also be:Providing technical administration and general office services to support the daily activities of the Water Services Team.Organising new connections to Council's Water Services infrastructure to enable development and construction works.Providing support to the Water Services Business Support Lead and the wider team, including conducting vetting checks on all Water Services applications and invoicing applicants.Assisting in the development and continuous maintenance of the customer knowledge database and related process mapping.Assisting with the update of Water Services customer communications, including website updates and customer portals.About you:You will be a collaborative team player who is comfortable contributing and working towards results in a group setting.
An experienced administrator, you will have several years' experience, ideally in a local government role.
