This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to step into your first Supervisor role or looking to grow your career in the water industry. The primary role will be the management, supervision and leadership of the field crew(s) carrying out 3 waters maintenance activities with water, wastewater, stormwater, mechanical or electrical with an expectation to:Be involved in planning, organising, directing, and controlling activities and operations of water crews.Ensure that work is completed to customers' satisfaction and all targets (productivity, quality, and safety) are met.Include time performing maintenance work as support to the field crews.The Supervisor must work closely with the management team to deliver all obligations and requirements under the contract.You will be a passionate, highly organised Supervisor with a talent for prioritising and managing a fast-paced, high-volume workload with a can-do attitude.
