We're on a mission to efficiently distribute clean fresh drinking water to everyone, anywhere.The OpportunityThe RoleWe're on the hunt for a Water Installer with Leading Hand or Foreman experience who is passionate about quality, safety, and professional growth. This role will see you leading hands-on pipeline work and supervising field operations, ensuring everything from setup to testing and chlorination runs smoothly. But more than just technical skills, we're looking for someone with the right attitude—a proactive leader eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges as part of a dedicated team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead by Example: Guide and support a small team on water pipeline installations, testing, and chlorination work.Service Excellence: Deliver IPSL's full range of services, from leak detection to hydrostatic pressure testing, adhering to the highest quality standards.Technical Oversight: Work with engineers, clients, and field staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to specification.Health and Safety Champion: Promote and practice high safety standards, ensuring all activities are compliant and safe.About YouWe're looking for someone skilled yet grounded, with a mix of technical know-how and the motivation to grow with us. You may not tick every box, but if you have a solid foundation in water installation and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.
