As part of our commitment to the upkeep of the community and as our team grows, we are now looking for reliable Water Blasters to join our dedicated Open Spaces team!
Key Responsibilities Water Blasting - Execute exterior water blasting on paths, signs, fences, and bollards using trained techniques to achieve excellent results.
Planning and Scoping - Effectively plan and scope tasks before beginning work to ensure efficiency and precision.
Service Delivery - Perform both reactive and planned tasks to meet contractual obligations and exceed service delivery expectations.
Tool Maintenance - Maintain tools to the highest mechanical and aesthetic standards, ensuring safe storage and optimal functionality.
Health and Safety - Strictly adhere to Health and Safety regulations to keep things safe for yourself, your team and the public.
Who We Are Looking For Ideally, we would love someone who has practical experience in Water Blasting; however, this is not a must.
As long as you have an awesome work ethic, with a passion for working outdoors and getting stuck in, then you would be a perfect candidate.
Other success factors also include: Attention to Detail - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering precise and accurate work.
Communication - Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to self-management.
Instruction Interpretation - Ability to accurately interpret instructions and consistently deliver work to the highest standards.
Team Player - Capable of working collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
Driver's Licence - A full and current driver's licence.
