In this role you will support the team with public education and behaviour change to support the rubbish and recycling contract and actions from Hamilton City Council's Waste Management and Minimisation plan (WMMP). As the Education Advisor, you will review, develop, and manage the education/behaviour change strategies for the Rubbish and Recycling Contract and the WMMP. In addition, the role will be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of actions from strategies. For this role we are seeking: A tertiary qualification within Environmental, Science or Policy disciplines and/or Teaching. At least three years' experience in an environmental, commercial, industrial, teaching or other closely allied field of work. An understanding of municipal solid waste systems.
