Join Giltrap Group as a Warranty Administrator!As a Warranty Administrator, you will align the warranty department with DOTY standards, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost control. Your key responsibilities will include:Align the Giltrap Volkswagen & SKODA warranty department with DOTY standards.Ensure each individual warranty claim that is processed meets compliance standards and is not an audit risk.Manage all warranty events to completion and process within 5 days of last clocked date, while maximizing warranty recovery efficiencies.Manage monthly department reconciliations.Manage monthly destruction of parts.Monitor DISS tickets.Limit department costs and manage incoming revenue via warranty.Identify areas of improvement and coach department staff through necessary changes required.About YouOur ideal candidate will have dealership warranty experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive team player attitude, excellent personal presentation, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and DMS. You should also have:Previous warranty experience in a dealership environment (technical experience is a bonus).Ability to work proactively both individually and as part of a team.A high standard of personal presentation and a friendly, approachable personality.High-level communication and organization skills.Proficient computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, DMS).What We OfferWhen you join Giltrap Group, you're joining New Zealand's leading automotive group.
