Warehouse Team Member

We are currently transitioning from the paper-based picking, packing and receiving in system to a barcoding system. To help us effectively change our warehouse management process we are looking for a motivated individual who can help drive our warehouse operations to the next level in Rakaia. 
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory and timely order fulfilment. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, unpack, and store incoming shipments.Accurately pick and pack orders for distribution.Conduct quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition.Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
