Normans Transport Ltd is a Waikato based family-owned company operating for 52 years in the transport industry. We specialise in the transport and storage of food grade product particularly the Dairy Export Industry and currently operate out of three storage locations.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Team Leader to join our team!  About the role: This progressive and varied position is responsible for coordinating, leading and developing all facets of the storage operations of Normans warehouse and other facilities including, but not limited to efficient organised storage and the accurate receiving and dispatching of goods.  As the successful candidate, you will play a supporting role to our Warehouse Manager while maintaining a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including forklift operation, devanning containers and general warehousing duties.  You will also be proactively involved with all compliance related activities including monitoring adherence to procedures and conducting event investigations. Leading by example and ensuring team objectives are set and maintained to support the business' World Class initiatives is a very important part of this role.
