We are currently seeking a dedicated Full Time Warehouse Support person to join our team in Tauranga to commence in January 2025.As a leading provider within the healthcare sector, which includes hospitals, primary care, aged care, and homecare throughout New Zealand, we are growing at a rapid pace. Join the team to become part of this successful journey.As a Warehouse Support person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:Pick and pack products from WMS Scanner.Check inward goods against purchase orders.Receipt inward goods.Replenish shelves as and when required.Treat products in a safe and careful manner.Ensure that all products leaving the premises are in a clean and saleable state.Pack products for delivery in a tidy manner.Ensure that delivery parcels are labelled correctly and have the appropriate Courier tickets attached.Stack orders ready for pick up by Couriers or delivery by Capes Medical.Repack bulk goods as required for sale, e.g. gauze swabs.Answer Warehouse phone as required.Undertake rolling stock takes.High level of self-motivation and work ethic.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to meet deadlines.Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.Time management/organization: accomplish objectives effectively within given time frames.Work in collaboration with the Customer Support Team.Safely operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts (Forklift license preferred but not essential).Previous logistic/packaging experience.You must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand.If interested, please send your CV or expression of interest to the General Manager of Capes Medical.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Which of the following forklift licences do you have?What is the maximum weight that you are comfortable and able to lift?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have a current Police Check (Criminal Record Check) for employment?
