About the role   To provide leadership for the team.
This role will be part of the Supply chain team and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finished Goods warehouse.
What will you do?
* Ensure all routine daily warehouse activities are completed accurately and on time (including picking, loading, documentation), liaising with Extrusions teams, transport/distribution contractors to organize load and unload finished goods.
* Help lead and develop the health and safety culture on the site.
* Contribute and implement continuous improvement of the picking and stock control in the warehouse and yard and maintain the site in a clean and safe manner * Will lead by engaging with the team in the warehouse and work with them to improve the processes and operations within the warehouse.
* Ensure that all bio-security requirements are met as required by MPI  About you    * Certificate/ diploma in relevant area of expertise * Supervisory history * Supply chain experience * Effective communication * Decision-making skills * Good leadership/people management * Excellent understanding of health/safety procedures Why join us?
