We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our collaborative team as a Warehouse Sample Assistant .
The ideal candidate will support and assist the Marketing Co-Ordinator and marketing activities of the business.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Hastings.
The role: Our client is a prominent company that specializes in delivering top-tier design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
In the role of Marketing Product and Sample Assistant, your responsibilities will include packaging and shipping sample orders, preparing display products for customers, labeling and sampling products, assisting with customer and sales inquiries, and monitoring and restocking marketing materials and products.
Responsibilities: Package and dispatch sample orders.
Prepare and label the sampling products.
Assist customers and sales representatives with inquiries regarding display and sampling options.
Monitor and replenish the stock levels of marketing materials and products.
Assist the Marketing Co-ordinator with marketing activities.
Skills and Attributes: Keen eye for detail and eager to expand knowledge and skills.
Strong work ethic - strive to complete tasks and projects efficiently.
Capacity to innovate and demonstrate autonomy in problem-solving.
Collaborate effectively and be a team player.
Demonstrate emotional intelligence, critical thinking skills, and engage in active listening in the workplace.
Must be able to work in New Zealand.
