Warehouse Operator

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator for our packing operations. C3 manage packing operations at Sulpur Point and The Mount where we pack and devan export and import containers for a range of customers, handling a wide range of products including timber and cardboard packaging.
Flexibility with availability is a prerequisite as C3 operates multiple warehouses, each with different roster patterns, and movement between warehouses is sometimes required. This is a 7-day-per-week operation, with one of the warehouses operating between the hours of 0400 am and 11 pm. The rosters follow the workload requirements determined by customer demand.
We are looking for experienced operators to drive forklifts with a lifting capacity between 3-9 tonnes, as well as perform manual warehouse tasks. The main functions include the transfer of products from road trucks, warehousing activities, vanning, and devanning containers.
The staff we require will need to fit in well with our existing motivated and dedicated teams. Good time management skills are essential, and applicants need to be motivated and responsive due to a need to meet often changing customer requirements, shipping schedules, and production deadlines.
