We are on the lookout for a Night Manager, reporting directly to the National Logistics Manager you will be responsible for a team of 20, tasked with the devanning of containers, this is a fast-paced role with high volumes (up to 50 containers per shift) with a mixture of permanent and temp labour. While some flexibility is available shifts are Sunday to Thursday 5pm – 2am. Key Responsibilities Adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, Transitional Facility Guidelines, Food Safety and Biosecurity Lead a positive culture of performance, quality and accountability. Work in conjunction with the administration/dispatch team to maximise efficiency in product, transport and storage. About You You will have previous experience within the logistics environment ideally 3 years, experience in FMCG will be looked at favourably. At least 3-5 years of people management experience. You will be a great communicator and collaborator. Building rapport and being an influencer come naturally to you. An exceptional problem solver and someone who can adapt to a changing environment.
