Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWarehouse Team LeaderMcKenzie & Willis are on the hunt for an adaptable, physically fit person to lead the team in our Warehouse based in Annex Road.Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the ideal person for this role will have a can-do attitude and take pride in their work.You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse, including overseeing inwards and outwards goods, managing inventory, and ensuring all deliveries are processed accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to lead by example.The role is 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, with some weekend work available during busy periods.Skills and Experience:Authoritative yet approachable leadership style capable of motivating a small team.Accurate ability with measurements and numbers and strong attention to detail.Previous experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a similar industry.Quick thinking and proactive in resolving issues.Sound computer skills.The McKenzie & Willis mission is to 'Inspire, Advise and Amaze'- we are looking for someone who embodies these ideals and who strives to deliver this to our clients every day.
